Based on your preferences and budget, we'll create a customized menu proposal for your event. We're happy to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences.

For weddings and large events, we offer tasting sessions so you can sample menu options before making final decisions (additional fee may apply).

Finalization & Booking

Once you're satisfied with the menu, we'll finalize all details and secure your date with a deposit. Final guest count and menu selections are due 10-14 days before your event.

On the day of your event, our team will arrive with everything needed to provide outstanding food service. We handle setup, service, and cleanup so you can focus on enjoying your event.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book catering services?

For weddings and large events, we recommend booking 4-6 months in advance to secure your date. For smaller gatherings and corporate lunches, 2-4 weeks notice is typically sufficient, but the more advance notice you can provide, the better we can accommodate your needs.

What is your minimum guest count?

Our standard catering services start at 20 guests. For corporate lunch drop-offs, we also require a minimum of 20 people. For smaller groups, we offer limited menu options or can discuss other solutions.

Do you provide staff for events?

Yes, we provide professional service staff for full-service catering events. This includes servers, bartenders (if required), and kitchen staff. Staffing costs are calculated based on the size of your event, menu complexity, and service style.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely! We can accommodate a variety of dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and common allergies. We charge a $100 setup fee for specialty dietary accommodations. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions during the planning process so we can create appropriate menu options.

What is your payment policy?

We require a 25% deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event. For corporate clients with established relationships, we offer invoicing options. We accept credit cards, checks, and electronic payments.
