About These Terms

This website is operated by Noble Brand Ambassadors LLC of Westland, Michigan. By opening or using noblebrandambassadors.com you agree to the terms on this page. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.

These terms cover the website itself. They are not the agreement for catering, event planning, staffing, rentals or any other service we provide. Work we do for you is governed by the separate written agreement you and we sign for that job.

Permitted Use

You are welcome to browse this site, read and print pages for your own use, share links to it, and send us an inquiry or a quote request through the forms provided.

Things You Agree Not To Do

• Submit false contact details, or send a form on someone else's behalf without their permission.
• Use any form, email address or phone number on this site to send unsolicited advertising.
• Attempt to gain access to any part of the site, server or account that is not open to the public.
• Scrape, copy or republish the site's text, photographs or code for a competing commercial purpose.
• Upload anything that carries a virus, or anything designed to interfere with how the site runs.
• Post or send content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that harasses another person.

Quote Requests and Bookings

A quote request, a form submission or a message sent through this site is an inquiry. It is not a booking, and it does not reserve a date. A date is held only when we have confirmed it with you in writing.

Any figure shown to you in the quote builder is an estimate based on the details you entered. Final pricing is set in the written quote or agreement we send you, and it can change if the details of your event change.

Content on This Site

The text, layout, photographs, video and code on this site belong to Noble Brand Ambassadors LLC or to the people we licensed them from, and they are protected by copyright and trademark law. The Noble Brand Ambassadors name and logo are ours.

Some pages show the names, logos or work of venues, vendors and partners we have worked with. Those marks belong to their respective owners and appear here to show real work. Nothing on this site claims ownership of another company's brand.

Content You Send Us

When you send us photographs, event details, inspiration images or written notes, you keep ownership of them. You give us permission to use that material for the purpose you sent it, which is planning and delivering your event and answering your inquiry.

We will ask you separately before we use your photographs or your event in our gallery, on social media or in any marketing. You can tell us no, and you can withdraw that permission later by contacting us.

Please only send material you have the right to send.

Links and Services From Other Companies

This site links to other websites and loads a small number of services run by other companies, including a translation control, a map, and website analytics. We do not control those sites and services, and we are not responsible for their content or their own terms. The services that load on this site, and what they store on your device, are listed in our cookie and tracking section.
